Dental treatment of a flatient with implanted artificial heart valve

Sažetak

Presentation is made of the case of a female patient with implanted artificial mitral valve in whom extraction of the radix relict of the first upper left molar wais performed. Thanks to correct premedication and further medicinal therapy, the intervention was performed without signs of hemorrhage following extraction and without subsequent complicationis.
