The removal of infected and necrotic material from the pulpal space

Sažetak

Biomechanical preparation of the root canal using 4% Sodium hypochlorite and 3% Hydrogen peroxide by turns is described. The solutions prove to be the best for alienation of organic remainder from the root canals. The exact preparation of trepanation cavity was shown and the importance of access for successful endotherapy is stressed. Advances of combined mechanical and chemical treatment of root canals are emphasized.
