Incidents caused by undesirable anatomic relations between the upper teeth and the maxillary sinus

Sažetak

In the varietis of anatomic relations between the maxillary sinus and the alveolar ridge there are undesirable conditions when the alveolar recessus of the maxillary sinus occupies complete distal part of the alveolar ridhe. In such situation, during the extractions of premolar and molar upper teeth some complications may happen. The complications as the fracture of the tuberosity, opening of the maxillary sinus (oro-antral fistula) and the displacement of root into the maxillary sinus are discussed in this papers.
