Sažetak

The authors present their own cases of a taurodont molars in recent population discovered by x rays. Although taurodontism is very rare in recent man, it has been a norma! finding in earlier hominid forms, especially in the Neanderthal and has been reported in the literature. Owing to the fact that taurodontisn is occassionally found in recent population the authors intention has been to draw attention to this possibility, regarding endodontic treatment of theese teeth.
