Sažetak

The authors describe the clinical and radiographic picture of a broken tooth root, give indications for conservative endodontic treatment and a prognosis for the complete recovery of the tooth. They describe in detail the histopathologic and radiographic picture of diferent types of healing processes, the method of treatment and possible complications.
