The supernumeraly teeth — hyperdontia

Sažetak

In the paper are described the results of the study of supernumerary teeth from the genetic point of view. The group of 620 children in age from 8 to 16 years and with the mixed dentitia has been studied. Of 830 gipsum models were used as the control group. It was found that hiperdontia has appeared in the 1.4% of the examined children. The supernumeraly teeth were most frequently found in the premaxilar regia.
