Sažetak

Workplace is an economical and technical unit in the production process. Its elements are worker, working space, equipment and machinery. Creating a workplace requires good preparation. There are optimal workplace organization rules that help during the creation process. Technical and technological knowledge is applied when designing a workplace. We get answers on some very important issues by analysing the workplace, and thus we get the description and requirements of the workplace. The analysis is carried out in several ways – by observing, conducting interviews, filling out questionnaires, group discussions, or keeping a journal. In that way we get a basis for determining the amount of wages, adequate worker for a particular job, etc.
