Parish Pastoral Council in the Dynamics of the Theological and Pastoral Programming

Sažetak
Parish Pastoral Councils (further: Councils) in the last decade have gained a new enthusiasm in the activity of the Church in Croatia. Although there are some difficulties, regarding the establishment and the activity of the Councils in some communities, since many of the Councils are still in the process of formation, the main question pertains to something else. Lately it is mostly linked not only to the reason and the mission of these Councils, but to the modality and the content of the activity. The consciousness about the importance of the existence and the activities of these Councils is lately spread in the widest ecclesial circles, especially in some dioceses and in many parishes. Beside the important theoretical truths about the existence and activities of the Councils, the nature and goal of the pastoral
counseling; the matter in need of a special highlighting is the way of work, the method and the ways of realization of the activities of the Councils. These facts are the issue of the theological-pastoral reflection presented in this article.
