Sažetak
In the Institute for Migration and Ethnic Studies the data base “The Children of the Citizens of Croatia in Europe and Overseas Countries and after Return” is being created. This data base covers bibliographic description and thematic classification of the documents referring to the children – migrants from Croatia (within the framework of the problems of migrant children's situation abroad and after return to their homeland). In the process of creating the application, the language of the fourth generation (4GLs − Fourth generation languages) has been used, combining fast development of applications with various demands and flexibility and by this very means being a very acceptable tool for the programmer.
