Sažetak
The lecture entitled Entrepreneurial Qualifications and Vertical Permeability on the Case of Bavaria deals with German Master Craftsman, the highest professional qualification in German craftsmanship. Alone the term master, when it appears in words like mastery, masterly or masterly performance, shows positive connotations and significance ascribed to a master in Germany. In the following text the structure, contents and advantages of German Master Craftsman Exam as well as possible vertical paths after successful completion of the exam are presented on the case of Bavaria.
