Sažetak
Legal remedies in the court procedures allow the dissatisfied party to seek modification or rescission of the decision he/she considers illegal or irregular. The amendments of the Land Registration Act of 2013 introduced complaint as a regular legal remedy in the land registration procedure that the parties are entitled to file against a first-instance decision on the registration application. The paper discusses also the amendments with regards to the appeal that can now be filed against a decision of a land registration court with regards to the complaint as well as the positions taken with regards to filing for a revision in the land registration procedure.
