Sažetak

The continuation of the development of the economy in the post-industrial society resulted with the manifestation of great and very complex organisational systems along with their complementary problems. Within that context, one of the particularly neuralgic aspects is the organisation of the management system and leadership, which has to balance the needs of great speed and flexibility in modern management’s functioning with the traditional inertia and the perpetual routine of great systems. One of the models which has proven to be rather efficient is the introduction of the military model of management and leadership into the corporative system. Namely, the military model of management and leadership has proven itself to be one of the most efficient (if not the most efficient) models that can be used in the system of crisis management of great and complex organisational systems throughout centuries, and has based its theory upon it. As such, it became appealing to modern corporations that are adopting more and more common or at least compatible characteristics.
