Sažetak

In a complex osteoporosis treatment ortopedical aids are used preventively to avoid complication caused by osteoporosis, such as bonal fracture, or they can be used as a therapy. In a treatment of vertebral bracture or painful vertebral syndroms. In most causes spinal orthosis (rigid od semi-rigid), lumbosacral or thorabocolumsacral orthosis is Applied, then also walking aids such as canes or cruthes, and also hip protectors. In this work there are examples of different kinds of spinal osthosis in treatmentof acute and chronic spinal pain and in the healing process of spinal fracture. In the work there is also an analysis of the experience so far in the use of the newer aid for prevention and therapy of femur neck fracture.
