Sažetak
The aim of this study was to evaluate the reliability and factorial structure of the Proactivity questionnaire – R. The study included a total of 248 female students, 126 from the Faculty of Economics and 122 from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. The Proactivity questionnaire – R has shown sufficient reliability and factorial analysis suggested the existence of two factors: Tendency for change and
Tendency for planning.
