Sažetak

century: since 1900, when first marketing lecture seminars (Harvard Business School) started. During the time marketing has become one of the key factors of modern management. It can be applied in small and large firms, in private and state-owned enterprises, inside and outside the economy. Modem marketing is because of these tendencies the area of cooperation of different professions like are economists, sociologists, psychologists, anthropologists and others. Basic concepts of marketing management here presented can help such cooperation of different experts; also, these basic concepts can help to managers and non-managers in understanding the whole complexity of modern management practice.
