Sažetak

The research project was intended to try to evaluate the possible application of the model of relatively autonomous work groups into one factory. The experiment has shown that the application of the relatively autonomous groups is possible, even in the cases where the production system has different production structures and without the relatively low autonomy in its activities. Moreover, the experiment has shown that the application of group production organization is desirable because it increases the level of productivity of the system in general, increases also the quality of work process, increases work satisfaction and through increased participation it increases the direct influence of the participants to the production process.
