Sažetak
The control of health condition of grains and seeds is extremely important due to possible appearance of new, more aggressive isolates of already present plant pathogens, the appearance of new plant pathogens, the increase in the number of agricultural fields and introduction of foreign plant varieties for experimental and production purposes. Over the period of four years (2006, 2007, 2008, 2010) we monitored mycopopulation of sunflower grain originating from the experiment planted on trial fields of PIK Vinkovci – Sopot. The trial included 15 hybrids in 2006, 17 hybrids in 2007, 20 hybrids in 2008 and 14 hybrids in 2010. In all trial years and on all hybrids the most frequently determined fungal species were of Alternaria genus (70.83%, 46.16%, 22.86%, 74.96%). The incidence of parasitic fungi (Diaporthe helianthi, Fusarium spp., Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Botrytis cinerea, Verticillium sp.) in all trial years was sporadic to weak.
