Sažetak
The article presents the research of usability of WebPAC in the City and University
Library of Osijek, conducted in 2005 and based on the sample of 20 users. The Introduction offers a short overview of the history and the development of the first OPACs. The main part of the article shows the goals, methodology and results of the research which can be used to improve the Open Public Access Catalogue of the City and University Library of Osijek.
