Sažetak

The paper deals with the action of amitone, an organophosphorus cholinesterase inhibitor, some reactivators (morpholinium oxime, Mina and PAM-2 Cl), rnethylatropine (a cholinolytic) and papaverine (a spasmolytic) on isolated mouse stomach. Amitone was found to produce a strong spastic effect. The oximes MINA and PAM-2 Cl Infused in the vessel for isolated organs after amitone poisoning removed the spasm and returned contractions to their initial values. The functional recovery of the intoxicated organ was permanent and complete. The effect produced by morpholinium oxime was only spasmolytic, probably directly on receptors, and not an indirect, reactivating effect, The spasmolytic effect of this oxime was identical to the effects of methylatropine and papaverine.
