Sažetak

Contrary to widespread beliefs, decades of modern research have pointed to the potential effectiveness of cognitive interventions in reducing symptoms of schizophrenia and psychotic disorders. The growing interest in constructing and testing various theories and therapeutic approaches aimed at reducing these disturbances resulted in a variety of therapeutic methods. The most prominent of these currently refers to metacognitive training.
