Sažetak

'Kroatisch Deutsches Wörterbuch zum Nutzen der Gränz Schuljugend von einem Schulfreunde herausgegeben' is a completely unknown school dictionary printed anonymously in Karlovac in 1815. It contains 80 pages of text in two columns with the corpus divided into twenty-odd groups following semantic and grammatical criteria; at the end of the dictionary there is a short conversation reference book with eight conversations. The dictionary is čakavian-štokavian, with few kajkavian elements on the lexical level, printed in so-called "Slavonian graphics". It is linguistically interesting as it contains a lot of new words which reflect current events and things. Therefore, it should be included into corpus of a future historical dictionary.
