Sažetak

Six cases of bronchial asthma developing .under the influence of inhalation of some chemical compounds are reported. Two of them were caused by zinc-trioxide-chromate, three by isocyanate (desmodur), and one case by tetrachlorethylene (TER). The asthmatic reaction was demonstrated either by means of provocative test, or by means of acetylcholine test. The pathophysiological mechanisms which might be involved are briefly discussed.
