Sažetak
The intention of the paper is to demonstrate that the doctrine of Joint Criminal Enterprise (JCE) is an unnecessary and even dangerous attempt to describe a mode of liability not foreseen in the statues of today's international tribunals, in particular not in the Statutes of ICTY and ICTR, however invented and applied by the Appeal Chamber of both Tribunals.
