Sažetak

The author gives an overview of the ceramic oil-lamps found in the layers of the ancient Roman port in Zaton near Nin, the origin of which is attributed to Eastern Mediterranean workshops. A typological analysis has established they were made in the manufacturing hubs such as Athens, Corinth, Knidos Peninsula in Asia Minor and, probably, in Syria. The archaeological material found during the excavations in the 1970s and 1980s and kept in the holdings of the Department of Undersea Archaeology of the Archaeological Museum Zadar, as well as the one found during the systematic excavations between 2002 and 2011 have been analyzed for the purpose of this paper.
