Geodetic Works in Pilot Project of Maritime Domain Registration in the Area of the County of Zadar

Sažetak
In this paper Pilot Project of maritime domain determination in the area of the County of Zadar is presented that is of high interest for the Republic of Croatia and wherein geodetic experts play an important role in determination of maritime domain. Tasks of geodetic experts in the project were the following: production of geodetic bases, adoption of the boundaries proposal and determination of coordinates of the maritime domain boundaries in the state coordinate system, and preparation of a parcelation study. By defining of the maritime domain boundaries, its registration in cadastral records and land register, recorded ownership of the Republic of Croatia of this important area is determined.
