Sažetak
The paper is an illustration of the stages of strengthening conjugal love in the process of marriage counselling at the Marriage and Family Counseling in Slavonski Brod. The introduction describes the activities of the counseling center. It is followed by a description of the process of marriage counseling in six stages: 1. Identification and definition of marriage problems, 2. Stages of personal growth and development, 3. Falling in love and the development of the love relationship, 4. Taking responsibility for (un) successful marriage and directing towards change, 5. Renewing the romance in marriage, 6. Deepening of the motivation for continuing improvement in marriage and family relationships. The transformation of conjugal love in the process of marriage counseling will be presented through the prism of the fourth chapter of the post-synodal Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia: Love in Marriage.
