Sažetak

Special attention has to the given to cancer as a »professions disease«. It is of great importance to protect workers who are exposed to the contraction of this disease. The author Iists various materials used by the different industries which are likely to cause cancer. The further shows preventive measures and gives statistical data of 3941 patients of various professions who were treated for 10 years at the »Radium Institute« of the medical faculty at Zagreb.
