Abstract
The presented book is "Iodine Bath Lipik and Its Thermal Resort", written by Dr. Hinko Kem, bath doctor in Lipik, in the year 1877. The book consists of 30 pages. Described are: geographic location, geological relations, historical data, physical and chemical qualities of Lipik water, indications and contraindications for treatment, as well as mode of treatment and certain house mles. This work enriches the history of our balneology.
