Transportation of critically ill newborn

Sažetak

Critically ill newborn or premature baby transport requires specific equipment, knowledge and well planned prearrangement for safe and successful transport. All the newborns or premature infants should be stabilized before the transport, and the treatment should be initiated. Regionalization of perinatal care and medical transportation team training along with good medical equipment can improve healing outcomes of transported critically ill newborns or premature
infants.
