Sažetak
By the Programme of reconstruction and
remediation of disaster consequences in
the territory of Vukovar-Srijem County –
reconstruction of buildings as adopted in July
2014, remediation measures and measures for
the reconstruction of buildings, as well as the
method for their implementation were established.
A simple procedure has been prescribed,
including the necessary documentation to be
collected for the issuance of the Decision on
reconstruction. The obligation of collecting most
of the documents has been placed under the
responsibility of institutions, whilst reconstruction
beneficiaries have no other obligation than
giving, by signing the respective Statement, their
consent to the manner of house reconstruction.
Furthermore, the course of action, flow sheet
and list of activities of competent services are
prescribed, in order to reduce idle time to a
minimum and to have the deadlines set by the
Programme met in the best possible way
