Abstract
In this review are the main characteristics of current clinical investigation are discused and the commonest objections to this sort of scientific work analysed. Examinetl is the relationship between the scientific and the humanistic to the patient. Finally, the actual, unsatisfactory status of clinical science in this country is presented and the venues of its future development outlined.
