Surgical treatment of secernent mamma

Sažetak

The paper attempts to affirm comedectomy as one of the most sparing operative procedures in breast surgery. In 46 patients aged 22 — 79, operated on in the last 10-year period, 5 intraductal carcinomas (10.8 %) were found, which undoubtedly justifies this procedure. According to the literature consulted, only minimal postoperative side effects are emphasized, such as subsequent carcinoma after the duct transsection. Comedectomy is thus ensured high rank among surgical procedures for treating the earliest intraepithelial intraductal changes.
