Thefactors were: characteristics ofhelper's role, ejficiency oftime use, type oforganization in which the helper works (governmental or non- governmental), helpers age, and helper's professional role (professional, non-profes- sional, paraprofessional). Job burn-out was found to be related to characteristics of the helpers role and time use.
