Sažetak
The paper analyses hydraulic data (discharges and water temperatures) measured at the station Donja Suvaja, which is a hydrological station located about 500 m downstream of the karst spring Vrelo Une, thus controlling its hydrological regime. For the performance of analyses, mean daily discharges in the period from April 1, 1972 to September 30, 1991 and April 3, 1998 to December 31, 2016 were available. Daily water temperatures were measured in the period from January 1, 1976 to September 30, 1991, with interruptions in the periods of the following four years: 1979, 1980, 1983 and 1987. The maximum and minimum annual discharge values in the periods 1973-1990 and 1999-2016 were also available. The spring Vrelo Une discharges range from the measured minimum of 0.076 m3/s to the measured maximum of 98.1 m3/s. The average annual discharge value in the available period equalled 7.21 m3/s, with mean annual discharges ranging from 3.32 m3/s to 11.1 m3/s. Changes in the hydrological regime were determined in the second subperiod (from April 3, 1998 to December 31, 2016) with regard to the first subperiod (from April 1, 1972 to September 30, 1991), indicating a possibility of an occurring upward trend in the spring water temperature. Since these were relatively short time series, these statements need to be confirmed with further detailed measurements and analyses. The final consideration offers proposals for establishing a detailed climatological and hydrological monitoring to improve the understanding of the processes occurring in the spring.
