Sažetak

The authors discuss Croatia’s transitional convergence related to the comparable transitional countries in middle Europe. Starting with the Model of the national economy from the 1960-ies, they analyze the characteristics and effects of the convergence process according to the key macroeconomic variables. On this basis they discuss the reciprocal conditionality between national economic policies and the economic policy of the EU.
