Sažetak

The 60th session of the Legal Committee was held at IMO Headquarters from 10 to 14 October 1988.
The main items of the session were: consideration of a possible convention on liability and compensation for damage caused by the carriage of hazardous and noxious substances by sea (HNS), and revision of Athens Convention (1974).
