Sažetak
The paper presents morbidity of infants and pre-school children in the paediatric primary health care office in Solin in the period 2007 – 2017. The data are taken from the morbidity and vaccination coverage annual reports submitted every year by the paediatric medical office to the Croatian Public Health Institute in Split. Statistic processing of the
data shows that most part of the children visited the paediatric medical office for acute respiratory infections, symptoms (high temperature, coughing, stomach ache, vomiting...), bronchitis and bronchoobstructions, allergy skin changes, middle and outer ear acute inflammations, acute intestinal contagious diseases, acute conjunctivitis, superficial wounds, chickenpox, skin infections, mental development disorders and congenital malformations. The children vaccination coverage in Solin over the last five years decreased. The rimovaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, poliomyelitis, hepatitis B and haemophilus B in the year 2007 received 97 % of the children, and in 2017 74 % of the children. The first revaccination against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, poliomyelitis, hepatitis B and haemophilus B in the year 2007 received 92 % of the children, and in 2017 82 % of the children. The second revaccination against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis in the year 2007 received 91 % of the children, and in 2017 92 % of the children. In the said period of time, all children
were vaccinated against tuberculosis at birth.
