Sažetak

The purpose of this report is to describe a boy with newly diagnosed mesial temporal sclerosis during adenoviral infection. He presented with Miller Fisher syndrome on the second day of illness. He also developed aseptic meningitis as a side effect of intravenous immunoglobulin therapy. Gradually there was a regression of neurologic symptoms so the treatment of mesial temporal sclerosis was continued in another hospital.
