Sažetak
The Need to Amend of the Catalogue of Criminal Acts for Special Investigation Measures
Criminal act of Endangerment of Life and Property by a Generally Dangerous Act or Means from Article 215 of Croatian Criminal Code, committed by intentional Arson and Explosion, during last year have evolved in phenomenological and etiological means. Due to that fact there is a need to change a way of investigation of those criminal acts. One of approaches is to change catalogue of criminal acts for which an implementation of special investigation measures could be ordered. By amending of the catalogue Croatian Criminal Procedure Code with Criminal Act of Endangerment of Life and Property by a Generally Dangerous Act or Means from Article 215 of Croatian Criminal Code, investigation of that Criminal Act will be improved significantly.
