Sažetak
Root rot, caused by oomycete Phytophthora cinnamomi, is considered as the most damaging disease of highbush blueberry. Phytophthora root rot is
confirmed for the first time in Croatia during 2016, in a blueberry orchard
located in Sisak‐Moslavina County. Symptomatology and biology of the disease is briefly described in the article, with a short review of control measures available.
