NEW APPLICATION METHODS OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCTS IN PERENNIAL CROPS

Sažetak

The type of application of plant protection products against diseases and
pests in perennial crops is mostly based on foliar application (spraying or soil treatments with liquid or granual products). Trunk injection is endotherapeutical method for controlling diseases and pests in areas where foliar or soil application is not acceptable from ecological or efficacy point of view. One of the trunk application is paint trunk with paintbrush which can provide high level of efficacy and very long persistance. Different methods of trunk application like trunk injection and paint trunk with plant Protection products give precise, long persistance, ecological acceptable and high efficacy against pests and diseases.
