Sažetak
In this work the author shows the development and work of some sport organisations in Croatia before, during and after the First World War, among which the most important were "Croatian Sport Union" and "Sport Matches Union to Benefit Red Cross". These organisation had great influence on the development of sport in Croatian and other parts of Yugoslavia.
Especially important was the foundation of "Yugoslav Soccer Union" and Yugoslav Olimpic Committee" in which "Croatian Sport Union" directly took part.
