Sažetak

This paper deals with the importance of collections in academic libraries and their role as a source of relevant information. Therefore, the analysis was performed on the thesis collection of Library of Faculty of Food Technology Osijek and the goals were to determine the usage of the collection and explain the necessity of an institutional repository.
