Sažetak

This paper analyzes the journals in the field of Food Science and Technology on the basis of statistical data from the database Journal Citation Reporsts for 2012. The analysis was conductedusing the following metricindicators for determining the journal value: Articles, Total Cites, Cited Half-life, Impact Factor, 5-Year Impact Factor, Immediacy Index, Eigen factor Score and Article Influence Score.
