Pathological Conative Factors in Juvenile Delinquents

Sažetak

On the sample of 1342 juvenile delinquents (14-21 years old), drawn from the Yugoslav juvenile delinquent population, the battery of instruments for measurement of pathological conative factors, 18 PF by K. Momirović and test N by H. J. Eysenck's MPI were administered.
Principal components of intercorrelation matrix in varimax and oblimin position and principal axes of image covariance matrix also in varimax and oblimin position were interpreted as factors of astenics, conversive and stenics syndrome.
As factors in image solution were highly intercorrelated, the existance of one higher order factors, probably the factors of general neurotism, was supposed.
