Relations of motor abilities and turns in rhythmic sports gymnastics

Sažetak
The three following factors have been isolated on the sample of 80 female students of the Faculty of Physical Education (Zagreb) by means of factor analysis of 18 motor variables: repetitive strength, ability of realizing rhythmic structures with legs and co-ordination with legs in the balance position. The results of the regression analysis in manifest and latent motor area have shown that the ability to realize co-ordinated rhythmic structures has the highest prognostic value of results in the “closed” tum of 720 in rhythmic sports gymnastics.
