Sažetak
A sample of 18 young and healthy untrained women was selected for a kind of extensive situational training of 3-week duration with the aim to increase the global motor efficiency in urgent situations. The effects of training were controlled by a system of six situational tests of motor achievement. This work analyzes qualitative changes in the group of control variables due to the effect of kinesiologic treatment.
Analyzes have shown that the applied situational training caused a convergent reorganization of all functions important for an efficient motor behavior in urgent situations. The obtained effects may be attributed to the selection and distribution of suitable content and its associated situational modalities as well as to the load just appropriate to the condition of the subjects and the aims of the training.
