The efficiency of a modification of taxobl algorythm for determining morrphological taxons

Sažetak

The efficiency MORPHOTAX, a modification of taxobl algorythm, examined on a sample of 200 male subjects, 19 to 27 years old, is at least equal to the efficiency of classical taxonomical algorythms in teh space of morphologicical characteritics.
Five practically orthogonal taxonomic dimensions were isolated by oblique transformation of orthogonalised latents dimension obtained by orthoblique transformation of the basic vectors related to principal components with nonegative corentiation was possible on the basis was possible on the basis of covariability of longitudinal and transversal dimensions, treated as the basic vertical and horizontal axes of body, and also on the basis of covariability of these axes and the distribution of soft tissues. In the frame of that system the following morphological patterns were determined:
1) type M, defined by voluminosity which could be attributed to the distribution og mislec and predominantly constitutionally determined subcutaneous fat tissue along the first dominant horizontal axis, i. e. biacromanl range;
2) type K, defined by the voluminosity determined by the distribution of muscles and predominantly of exogeneous origin D, defined by the pattern of skeleton construction characterized by congruence of longitudinal dimensions, transversal dimension of lower horizontal axis, and dimensionality of the distal parts of extremities;
4) type R, defined as a combination of adipose characteristics and small transversal measures of distal parts extremities;
5) type E, defined as the voluminosity of extremities determined by the distribution of muscular tissue.
Taxonomical patterns, produced by the analyzed algorythm, were essentially different from the latent anthropological dimensions and the taxonomical patterns generated by the component analysis technique. Taking into consideration the efficiency of the taxonomical patterns in differentiating entities it seems of come interest to use them in subsequent research of the structure of morphological characteristics.
