Sažetak
Cooperation between parents and the kindergarten is an important precondition for the optimum
development of children and their kindergarten education. educators play an important role in
initiating that partnership.
The goal of this research is to find out what are the stances of educators in Radost Crikvenica on
cooperation between parents and the kindergarten.
The results of the research show that educators in Radost have a positive attitude and expectations
towards the cooperation and partnership between parents and the kindergarten. Their stances
differ depending on the level of education of the educator and their work place (central or local
kindergarten).
