The Authenticity of the Fictional in the Light of Pneumatological Theology of Truth

Sažetak
Exegetical research, particularly from the 18th century and onwards, of ecclesiastical documents of the Magisterium spanning from the encyclicals of Pope Leo XIII Provi-dentissimus Deus to the Papal Biblical Commission's Interpretation of the Bible in the Church. Bible and Christology, has revealed the literary aspect of the Holy Scriptures. It seems that amongst philosophers and theologians there remains an attitude of traditional Western thinking: literature lies! Due to the tension surrounding these two facts - the literary aspect of the Holy Scriptures and a belief that literature lies - this leads to a deeper understanding of the nature of authenticity of the fictional, and of the mystery of the incarnation. Reflecting on the nature of authenticity of the fictional, it seems useful to reflect upon it for a deeper understanding of faith and a place of dialogue with postmodern collocutors. Namely, amongst postmodern thinkers, the so called turning-point for metaphoric language is apparent. We have tried to delve into the nature of the authenticity of the fictional, endeavoring to think of the connection between history (factual) and literature (fictional). Finally, we discover the concept of truth in a traditional level, allowing us to offer a solution as s unique leap: pneumatological theology of truth.
In our time, depicted by a crisis of the spirit. Pneumatological theology of truth can appear to be incommunicable. However, the spirit at this moment is present in the mode of absence. Therefore, it seems as though pneumatological theology of truth can be communicative to our contemporaries.
